WIPs

This is what I am working on today. It is a bookmark on 14ct vinyl weave with red and blue mystery threads. The vinyl weave is some that I got at a garage sale last summer. Pattern is a freebie by Ink Circles the "June Celtic Knot Bookmark" from 2006. I omitted the 41 stitch segment in the center to make it shorter. Have been working on this when I wanted a change from my exchange items. It is small enough that it is in the bag that I grab for travel. One of the Yahoo lists that I read was talking about the back of their projects so the second picture is the back of this one. As for how I make the stitches it depends on the patterns This one combines both styles to make the pattern. I do like how it is coming along.

Scissor Fob exchange

I received my fob from Cameo a couple of days ago and I finally got around to taking pictures of it. She also sent me a pack of Dragon note cards. So without further ado here are the pictures.

My first scissor fob

I got my first scissor fob made. It is for an exchange on the "bbinteractive" Yahoo group. I hope she likes it as I never made one before. It is a free pattern from The Floss Box . It was on the minibiscornu 2 page. I didn’t make it into a biscornu as I will do my first one of those as a full size not a mini. Here is a scan of it.
