It was from the June 2008 Issue of The Gift of Stitching Magazine. Link is on my sidebar. The only thing I changed was I did not add the ribbon and beads shown in the mag. And I personalized the back.

Wow!!! That is so lovely!!! The combination is perfect as well as the stitching. No one could tell is a first piece, congrats!!!
